Quite a bit for this area! In May 2005, we had over 36,000 unique visitors and nearly 150,000 page views (this is NOT hits... hits are a bad metric and you should not trust a site that reports traffic based solely on how many million hits they get - it's usually the highest number in their site stats, but has no practical value).
How Much Does it Cost?
Not very much! Our ad rates are in the $5 CPM range (cost per thousand impressions/views). Other ads are in the $1.50 per day range. Register for an account to get in and find out more.
How Do I Get Started?
We're glad you asked that question! Click on "Advertisers" above to fill out a form and get registered. You can create ads, set up URLs and then even add funds to your account via PayPal.

Where are my Ads Displayed?
All advertising is on MadisonClick.com at the moment. More sites may be added soon. Your ad will display on the site depending on which zone you choose. Common zones are:
- Home Page - Text Ad
- Inside Pages - Text Ad
- Inside Pages - 468 x 60 Horizontal Banner Ads
Inside pages are pages within the web directory. Some banner ad appear on non-directory pages - like our "About" page.
When Do My Ads Appear on the Site?
When you've added funds into your account and when the site administrator approves your ad (usually within 12-24 hours), your ad will go live.
Do People Need JavaScript Enabled for Ads to be Displayed?
No, our ads appear as straight HTML.
How Long Do 1000 Impressions Last?
That depends on how many ads are in rotation of the zone you want to buy ads in or keyword you've chosen. Email us and we can help you figure that out or even make your campaign last a certain amount of time.
How Do I Place My Ad on a Certain Page?
Some ads will let you choose a keyword. If so, you can match that keyword up to a page on MadisonClick.com. For instance, if you wanted to be on the Apartments page in MadisonClick, which is this page:
Home > Business and Shopping > Real Estate > Apartments
You would use the last word in the list as the keyword. In this case, it's "Apartments". Select that keyword and you ad will show up on that page.

How Do I Add Funds to My Account?
Simply click on "Account" above and you can add funds via PayPal.
What If I Don't Have a PayPal Account?
You can either register at PayPal for an account (they're free) or else mail us a check with your username clearly noted and we will add funds to your account when the check clears. Mail it to:
